The BelkaVPN app gives your iPhone or iPad one-tap VPN protection. A VPN keeps your internet traffic private. This guide shows you how to install the app from the App Store, sign in, pick a location, and connect. The steps are the same on both devices.

[!NOTE] Before you start: you need a BelkaVPN account. If you don't have one yet, create an account first — or register directly in the app during sign-in.

Step 1 — Install from the App Store

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap Search and enter BelkaVPN.
  3. Open the BelkaVPN listing and tap Get to install it.

Once the download finishes, the BelkaVPN app appears on your home screen.

Step 2 — Open the app

Tap the BelkaVPN icon on your home screen to open the app. On the welcome screen, tap CONTINUE.

Step 3 — Sign in

Enter the email and password for your BelkaVPN account, then tap LOGIN.

Don't have an account yet? Enter your email and password, type the password again to confirm it, and tap REGISTER to create one right away. Already registered? Tap ALREADY REGISTERED? to jump straight to the login screen.

Step 4 — Choose a location

By default, BelkaVPN uses Automatic Location and picks a server for you. Want a specific country instead? Tap the location tab and choose one from the list.

Step 5 — Connect

Tap the large connect button. The first time you connect, iOS asks for permission to add a VPN setup — tap Allow to continue.

When the button turns green and shows Connected to VPN, you're protected.

To disconnect, tap the connect button again.

Troubleshooting

  • The app won't sign in. Confirm your subscription is active and that your email and password are correct. Verify them by signing in at belkavpn.com.
  • The VPN permission prompt didn't appear. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and check that the BelkaVPN profile is installed. Then try connecting again.
  • You want a specific server. Before connecting, tap the location tab and pick a country from the list instead of leaving it on Automatic Location.
